RevCent allows you to link your existing SMTP servers and accounts to allow sending emails to customers and other email addresses you specify. Email templates allow you to customize the emails you send to customers using an HTML editor and specific triggers. We keep a record of all SMTP messages sent so you can verify that a customer or employee received an email.
