RevCent takes reporting to the next level. RevCent gives you the ability to created and view detailed granular data as well as aggregate data across a broad spectrum.
You have the ability to view granular data such as an individual sales' revenue, AdWords click ID, visitor IP, metadata, related entities and more. You can then use granular data to create aggregate reports, i.e. total revenue for all sales, average cost per click, visitors per state, etc.
If you are looking for information on the RevCent dashboard, please view the documentation on the Dashboard Page.
Granular data is defined as data specific to an entity and can be viewed on the respective entities' details page. For example, when viewing an individual sales' details page you will see granular data specific to the sale. The types of granular data you may see for any given entity is listed below.
Every monetary entity with RevCent, i.e. a sale, renewal, tax, etc. has revenue metrics associated. Revenue metrics are the current state of revenue related to the entity.
If you send an AdWords click ID when creating an initial sale, RevCent will pull all information on the specific click ID and attach it to all entities created during the sale. Future entities such as renewals will have the original AdWords data attached.
Use RevCent Track.js to enhance your tracking and reporting for each sale, renewal and more.
Use metadata to attach custom data when creating an initial sale. The metadata will persist into related entities.
Entities related to the entity being viewed will also be displayed. For example, when viewing a sales' details page you will also see any related shipments, tax, trials, etc. Below is a list of possible related entities that may be shown when viewing an entities' details page.
Aggregate data is defined as the aggregation of granular data specific to an entity type. For example, you may want to combine the total sum of the net amount for all sales within the past month. You therefore are aggregating the amount net for the sale entity type over a given time period.
The dashboard is a fully customizable solution for viewing aggregate data. Please view the documentation on the Dashboard Page.
