Fulfillment Account

A fulfillment account allows you to integrate a fulfillment center or software with RevCent. When sales, renewals, etc. are created, any shippable products with an associated fulfillment account will be accessible via RevCent’s fulfillment endpoint and API.

View Fulfillment Accounts

View all fulfillment accounts by clicking Integrations > Fulfillment in the sidebar, or go to https://revcent.com/user/fulfillment-accounts.

Create A Fulfillment Account

Create a new fulfillment account by clicking the Create New Fulfillment Account button when viewing all fulfillment accounts, or go to https://revcent.com/user/new-fulfillment-account.

Name

Set a name for the fulfillment account. Required.

Description

Set a description for the fulfillment account. Optional.

Status

Set the status of your fulfillment account. Default is enabled.

Fulfillment Center

Select the fulfillment center/software. Depending on the fulfillment center selected, you will need to enter additional fields that are required by the fulfillment center.

Important: You cannot change the fulfillment center for a fulfillment account. Please make sure you select the correct fulfillment center before creating the fulfillment account.

• Click the Create New Fulfillment Account button after entering all form fields.

Fulfillment Account Created

Depending on the fulfillment center selected, the fields required for connecting your shipping integration with RevCent will be provided.

Edit A Fulfillment Account

Edit an existing fulfillment by clicking the edit icon when viewing all fulfillment accounts.

Name

Set a name for the fulfillment account. Required.

Description

Set a description for the fulfillment account. Optional.

Status

Set the status of your fulfillment account.

Cancel Voided Shipment

Some fulfillment centers allow RevCent to cancel an unshipped shipment via API. RevCent can automatically cancel a shipment if it has been fully refunded/voided. If the fulfillment center you selected has cancellation support, select Yes to have RevCent automatically contact the fulfillment center and cancel a shipment if the shipment is fully refunded and/or voided?

Note: Not all fulfillment centers support order cancellation. You will only see this option if your fulfillment centers supports it.

Depending on the fulfillment center selected when creating the fulfillment account, the fields required for connecting your software with RevCent will be provided.
